Hello everyone! Lately I have been feeling stressed and irritated over trifles very often. Sometimes it is difficult to just stop and understand what exactly is bothering me. I have tried different methods - sports, meditation, but it does not always help. I would like to find something simple and accessible to better track my emotions and gradually learn to manage them. Maybe someone uses some apps or methods for this? It is very interesting that it really helps to cope with negativity in everyday life.
