CONCERT FESTIVAL DRESS

DRESS CODE for ALL THREE ENSEMBLES

Men

Dark suit (black preferred), dark shoes, dark socks, four-in-hand tie, and collared white shirt. No sport shoes or sandals. Black tuxedos (with the above accessories) are also acceptable.

Women

Black sleeved top (no bare midriff, shoulders, or low neckline) and a solid bottom (below-the-knees black skirt or black dress pants), black hose and dark shoes. No sport shoes or sandals. Long (below-the-knees) black gowns/dresses (with the above accessories) are also acceptable. All concert dress shall be in conservative good taste.

The bowings for each of the 2013 New England Orchestra string parts ARE NOW available for download as PDFs from the Documents & Forms listing on the right side of this page. All string players need to download the appropriate files and copy the bowings (in pencil) to their music for their practice and preparation purposes.

86th Annual New England Music Festival

WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT LEWIS S. MILLS HIGH SCHOOL IN BURLINGTON, CT WILL BE THE HOST FOR 2013 NEW ENGLAND MUSIC CONCERT FESTIVAL.

We look forward being there again remembering the great festival hosted by that school and community in 2010.
